Site Services: All services, applications, and products accessible on RemoteGenies, except for freelancer services.

Content: Any information, data, text, images, comments, profiles, feedback, or other materials posted or shared by users on RemoteGenies.

Intellectual Property: Includes trademarks, copyrights, patents, and any other proprietary rights pertaining to RemoteGenies.

Indemnification: Agreeing to compensate and protect against any costs, damages, or legal actions arising from certain actions, in this context, pertaining to content posted on RemoteGenies.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): A U.S. copyright law that addresses copyright infringement and outlines the process for removing copyrighted material from online platforms.

Termination: The action of ending or suspending a user’s access to RemoteGenies due to violations of the Terms of Use or other policies.
